About the Role Be part of the exciting journey of our brand-new, purpose-built Tallawong service, designed for 78 children across three beautiful learning rooms. We’re looking for a passionate Certificate III Educator to join our team and make a real impact in children’s lives every day. As a valued team member, you’ll work closely with our Room Leaders and Centre Director, creating warm, engaging, and nurturing environments where children feel safe, curious, and inspired to learn. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved in the daily care, routines, and learning experiences that shape each child’s growth and development. Responsibilities Support educators and Room Leaders in delivering high-quality programs and practices. Help create fun, stimulating, and safe environments that encourage exploration and discovery. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your team. Contribute to the planning and implementation of learning experiences. Champion children’s health, safety, and wellbeing at all times. Be an active team player who brings enthusiasm, care, and creativity to the classroom. Qualifications & Skills Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards). Valid Working with Children Check. Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
