About the Role During a time of exciting transformation, there is an opportunity for a Treatment Room Team Leader to join our busy practice in Preston. This practice caters to its community and patients with a wide array of onsite services. In this role you will: Conduct a range of clinical duties including health assessments and immunisations Assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and managing treatment room staff performance Build supportive relationships with patients to create ease prior to procedures or treatments Triage patients and assist HCPs in procedures Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are known and followed About You You’re more than your qualifications—you’re passionate about healthcare, teamwork, and making a difference. As a Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or Acute care, you’ll bring both clinical expertise and the soft skills that set great leaders apart: empathy, adaptability, and strong communication.
