Multisite Manager – Aged Care Gold Coast & Central Coast We’re seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to oversee operations across three major Care Centres that deliver services on a 24/7 model of care . With two hubs on the Gold Coast and one on the Central Coast, with a third being built in Southern Brisbane. This is a rare opportunity to shape and influence community-based care at scale. About the Role As Multisite Manager you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes. Your remit spans governance, compliance, financial oversight, and the development of a strong and supportive team culture. You will: Oversee operations across two hubs , ensuring smooth delivery of care and support services. While ready a third for opening. Lead, coach, and empower hub managers and their teams to achieve excellence. Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical governance requirements. Drive continuous improvement in client experience, service quality, and outcomes. Travel between the two sites, Open to candidates for either location. Manage budgets and contribute to business growth across the regions. Build strong stakeholder relationships across teams, clients, and communities. About You You’re an accomplished leader with experience managing multi-site operations in aged care, health, community services, or a related sector. You’re skilled at balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day operational leadership, and you’re passionate about delivering outstanding care. I'm looking for someone with: Proven leadership experience in aged care, health, or community services. AHPRA registration - Essential Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and quality frameworks. A track record in managing teams across multiple sites or regions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Financial acumen and experience managing budgets. A commitment to person-centred, values-based care.
