Reporting directly to the Service Manager this is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller looking to grow into clear career progression. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction : Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and gather detailed information to understand their service needs Service Recommendations : Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, providing clear explanations and cost estimates Coordination with Technicians : Communicate customer concerns to service technicians and relay technical information back to customers in understandable terms Scheduling and Workflow Management : Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow to ensure timely completion of work Customer Follow-Up : Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction. Essential Skills Automotive Knowledge : A solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures to accurately assess and explain service needs Communication Skills : Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to customers and coordinate with service staff.
