Role purpose To support the development and execution of strategic external communication initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation, brand visibility, and stakeholder engagement across the property and retail portfolio. The role is responsible for analysing communication performance, crafting compelling narratives, and ensuring consistent messaging across media, investor, and public-facing channels. Operating within the regulatory framework of an ASX-listed environment, the analyst plays a key role in shaping how the company is perceived by external audiences, including investors, media, customers, and the broader community. Key Accountabilities Media Support & Public Relations Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and external stakeholders Draft and review high-impact media releases, speeches, and briefing documents Monitor media coverage and provide insights to senior leadership Digital & Social Media Communications Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other channels Monitor engagement metrics and compile monthly reports Coordinate visual assets with design teams to ensure brand alignment Stakeholder Communications Assist in preparing external-facing documents (e.g. investor newsletters, stakeholder updates) Coordinate distribution timelines with relevant teams Ensure communication tone and messaging align with corporate values Executive Communications Prepare talking points, presentations, and thought leadership content for senior executives Coordinate executive participation in industry forums, panels, and media interviews Ensure messaging consistency across all executive-facing materials Reputation & Brand Management Support consistency in external messaging and tone across departments Help monitor public sentiment and flag reputation risks Update brand guidelines and support implementation across external comms Support crisis and issues management frameworks to mitigate risk and maintain trust Support crisis and incident communications planning and response, ensuring readiness, clarity, and confidence in high pressure scenarios.
