Dreamworld and WhiteWater World are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our Food & Beverage team. About the Role As a Chef de Partie, you will supervise and support the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across outlets and events while assisting the Executive Chef with menu development, innovation, and food presentation, maintaining compliance with food safety programs and HACCP standards, managing stock control to minimise wastage and support cost efficiencies, and training, mentoring, and developing team members while leading by example. What We’re Looking For Trade-qualified Chef with a current Food Safety Supervisory Certificate Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within events, large-scale operations, or premium dining Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safe practices Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays Why Join Us?
