About the Role Epson Australia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and drive growth in our Business Inkjet Division. You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, managing a portfolio of product solutions, and driving revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and market opportunities. Manage product budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Provide product training and support to the sales and marketing teams to drive successful product launches. Build and maintain strong relationships with key software vendors to gather feedback and insights for product improvement. Assist the marketing communications team with strategies for the channel and end users. Qualifications and Experience Essential to this role will be proven experience (5 years) in product management, preferably in the printing, copier, or technology industry with formal Marketing or Business qualifications. Preferably you will understand Managed Print Services (MPS) and the market dynamics. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to manage projects with cross functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent analytical skills and enjoys problem-solving. Previous experience with SAP and Salesforce would be beneficial.
