About the role This is a first-line support role responsible for maintaining desktop systems, production robotics, and Microsoft server infrastructure. The technician will support end users, production systems, and RF technology, ensuring minimal downtime and high service levels. The role reports to the IT Lead - End User and works closely with site leadership, APAC IT, and Group IT teams.
