About the Role: Manage a a small portfolio of around 100 properties. Oversee inspections, repairs, maintenance, and compliance Advertise and lease properties, conduct viewings, and secure quality tenants Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate property records Work alongside a supportive admin/accounts assistant and experienced team The Candidate: Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager within Real Estate Professionally presented with excellent communication skills Resilient, driven, and eager to grow in your career Career-focused with aspirations to progress into a standalone sales role Highly organised with strong time management skills Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Valid driver’s licence and reliable car The Perks: Monday to Friday role- no weekend work!
