In this role, you will connect with prospective clients to help them find their next home while collaborating closely with the Property Management and New Business teams to manage the leasing process. The Role: Delivering an outstanding customer experiences Addressing general inquiries from potential tenants Conducting Open for Inspections Negotiating rent and tenancy terms with clients and customers Preparing and confirming tenancy lease agreements Ensuring timely attendance at all internal and external business commitments Handling general and ad hoc administrative tasks The Person: Previous leasing experience is essential Exceptional communication and ability to maintain relationships High attention to detail and impeccable organisation Natural problem solver with strong initiative Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects Current real estate licence or Certificate of Registration Valid drivers licence and reliable car is essential The Perks: Monday to Friday role - keep your weekends free!
