This newly created role offers the opportunity to play a key part in financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement within a purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation that has been supporting Queensland communities. This is a short-term temporary assignment. Possibility of permanency. Key Responsibilities Assist with month-end reporting, preparing dashboards that consolidate P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow data. Deliver performance reports for multi-site operations and provide variance analysis. Analyse complex datasets (5–6 connected tables) to provide meaningful business insights. Partner with the finance team to identify and deliver process improvements. Develop scalable reporting tools with clear process documentation. Skills & Experience Advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query, formulas, dashboards, charts). Experience in financial reporting and analysis. Ability to consolidate financial and operational data into meaningful reports. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights to both finance and non-finance staff. Experience with Xero. Background in Finance/Accounting (Financial Analyst, Management Accountant, or Reporting Analyst).
