The Role: As an Analyst for Transactions & Investments, you’ll gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle: from sourcing and structuring new deals through to investment performance analysis. Working closely with the Transactions and Investment teams, you’ll play a critical role in shaping decisions that drive portfolio growth and returns. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the sourcing, analysis, and execution of acquisitions and development opportunities. Building and stress-testing detailed investment and development feasibility models. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Preparing and presenting investment papers, submissions, and performance reports. Assisting with due diligence across acquisitions and transactions. Monitoring and forecasting the performance of investments and funds under management. Liaising with internal stakeholders, external advisors, capital partners and agents. About you: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants exposure to both front-end transactions and investment management. Ideally you will have: 2–5 years’ experience in property, corporate finance, funds management, law, engineering, or a related field. Strong financial modelling skills (Excel whiz) and confidence in cashflow analysis. Exposure to acquisitions, property development, or investment structuring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to distil complex ideas clearly. A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to find opportunities and deliver outcomes.
