Description What you'll do: Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and general-purpose reports for various entities and industries Conduct tax research and handle general tax administration tasks, including GST, PAYG, BAS, and IAS preparation Service a diverse client base, resolving issues and addressing individual client needs Perform journal adjustments, reconciliations, and supporting work papers for clients' accounts Build and maintain positive and personalised working relationships with clients and colleagues Provide development, coaching, and mentoring opportunities to less experienced team members as required Participate in professional development activities to stay up to date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards What you'll bring: Qualification(s) and/or professional accreditation(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business/Commerce, Accounting, or Finance CA or CPA qualified Demonstrated professional experience in business and tax advisory within a public practice setting Professional, client-focused, and invested in developing into a trusted business advisor Excellent prioritisation, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to adapt in high-pressure situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skills And Experiences The Vincents Experience We believe people do their best work when they’re supported, challenged, and inspired.
