A day in the life: Working across digital strategy, execution and performance of all digital channels for Ignite Travels suite of brands, with a key focus on achieving enquiry targets and optimising digital ROI Reporting into the Digital Performance Manager and working with a team of digital co-ordinators and assistants to deliver marketing activity across our suite of brands Campaigns End-to-end ownership of campaign planning & execution, and reporting, ensuring all items are live and in a timely and efficient manner Continuous optimisation of campaign activity and spend to ensure the best result possible for our partners Reporting & Optimisation Use of GA4/Google trends etc to provide insight into daily and weekly digital performance Leverage insights, past performance to suggest new ideas and strategies to drive more enquiry – owenrship of these items from end to end Budget Management/Optimisation Maintain and monitor pacing documents in collaboration with business analyst to ensure we are tracking and monitoring spend efficiently Active optimisation of budget across campaigns/channels to drive better ROI for the business Test & Learn Planning end execution of quarterly test and learn plan to strive for continuous improvement across digital channels Collboration, and development of digital marketing coordinators to run test and foster a test and learn mindset Who you are: Must have a proven track record in managing performance channels Comfortable with reading and reporting on large volumes of data Confident in Google Ads, Meta Ads, EDMs and GA4 Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications will be highly regarded Minimum two years managing Facebook and Google campaigns Hands-on experience with analytics and optimisation, strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking with high level written and verbal communication What you'll enjoy: Ongoing brain power-ups and skill sharpening, plus occasional escapes to bucket list destinations Catapult your career across a network of brands and businesses in an evolving industry ✈️ Say no to full price!
