About the role The Media Lead plays a critical role in shaping how Reece connects with customers across Australia and New Zealand through smart, effective, and integrated media strategies. Sitting at the intersection of brand, digital, and performance marketing, this role is responsible for leading media planning, buying, and optimisation across paid channels – ensuring every media dollar drives impact, relevance, and results. At Reece, our marketing vision is all about creating connected, customer-first experiences – and you’ll bring this to life by championing a digital-first approach while using the full media mix to grow our brand, engage customers, and deliver commercial impact. You’ll lead agency relationships, partner with stakeholders, and track campaign performance – driving best practice and innovation across the media function. About You You’ll have extensive experience in media strategy, planning and buying, ideally gained within a large organisation or agency. Experience leading digital media campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, and video. Strong understanding of media analytics, attribution models, and performance metrics along with media tools and platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Nielsen, etc.). Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and commercial acumen.
