About the Role Cognizant is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Workplace Technology Analyst to join our team supporting a leading Resources client. This is a Level 1/2 Desktop Support role based in a corporate office, providing both in-person and remote support via a Technology Hub. You'll work in a dynamic environment alongside global support teams, helping ensure smooth operation of end-user technology and delivering a positive experience for all users. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1/2 desktop support Log and manage interactions, incidents, and service requests Collaborate with global resolver teams to track and resolve issues Install, configure, and support hardware and software for end users Coordinate hardware repairs and warranty replacements Offer hands-on support for remote teams and assist with minor project tasks (e.g., relocations) Support Unified Communications for events and townhalls (Webex, Microsoft Stream) Essential Skills Experience in Level 1/2 desktop support Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), and Cisco Webex Familiarity with mobile device support (MDM, Intune, iOS, Android) Working knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Hardware asset management experience Desirable Skills & Qualifications Experience with Azure, PowerShell, Power Query/Power Automate, OS X ITIL v4 Foundation CompTIA A Tertiary qualification in Information Technology At Cognizant, we value diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered.
