Position Overview We are looking for a skilled, professional, and dedicated Workshop Controller to join our team. You'll be responsible for maximising the service quality and the productivity of our workshop team. Key Responsibilities will include : Coordinating and allocating daily workloads to technicians Overseeing quality control and conducting final inspections Supporting and mentoring technicians and apprentices Liaising with Service Advisors and Service Manager on scheduling Tracking performance and contribute to achieving KPIs Qualifications and Experience : Automotive Trade Qualification (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent) Valid Driver's Licence (manual preferred) Previous dealership experience - ideally in a Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Technician role Toyota factory training (highly regarded but not mandatory) Strong technical knowledge of modern automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes Knowledge of WHS requirements and safe workshop practices Computer literacy - experience with dealership DMS/service booking systems In return, we can offer : The chance to work with leading automotive brands in a professional environment.
