Description Sydney preferred | Melbourne considered | Permanent role Our Fund Services team is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our high-performing and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of premium Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, delivering exceptional service while driving client retention and growth. About the Role As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible fo r end-to-end client relationship management across our diverse client base. You will build deep, strategic relationships, ensure premium service delivery, and identify opportunities to add value through cross-selling and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Managing client relationships, expectations, and escalations Leading fee discussions, service level agreements, and account planning Ensuring delivery of services in line with SLAs Driving strategic client initiatives and identifying cross-sell opportunities across MUFG Pension & Market Services Partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless client outcomes This role does not have direct reports, but you will manage a portfolio of key clients. Previous leadership experience will be highly regarded given the need to influence, collaborate, and manage senior stakeholders. About You We are looking for a confident and strategic relationship manager with a strong client service ethos and a commercial mindset. To be successful, you will have: Proven Relationship Management experience in funds administration, registry, or custody Strong relationship management skills within financial services Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and senior executives Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex issues, conduct hard negotiations, and handle difficult conversations with professionalism Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and “can-do” approach A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for growth What’s it like to work here?
