This pivotal role focuses on implementing business strategies and driving growth and expansion in HDPNG and the Solomon Islands. This is a residential position located in Port Moresby, with relocation assistance and support provided. About You Team members with the following attributes will be considered: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent experience Demonstrated practical Sales & Marketing management experience, developing and implementing sales strategies; increasing market share through own initiatives and leadership Experience successfully leading, motivating and directing multiple teams to achieve goals working within a diverse workforce in a large scale and geographically diverse environment Proven experience in the preparation of budgets, gross profit plans, forecasting and establishing pricing strategies and analysing trends Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and plans for optimum brand exposure to ensure growth of customer base About the Benefits: Attractive expatriate remuneration package including area allowance.
