Job Description Account Manager - Corporate and Global Accounts Salary: $140k - $170k super bonus These are pivotal roles at a leading, global insurance broker who are seeking experienced insurance professionals to manage a portfolio of large and global corporate clients (including ASX200), delivering tailored risk solutions and driving long-term value. You’ll be responsible for building trusted relationships, managing internal and external client needs, leading renewal strategies, and ensuring seamless service delivery across complex insurance programs. Working closely with internal experts and external partners, you’ll play a key role in shaping client outcomes and contributing to broader business growth. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, collaborating with a breadth of stakeholders across both the business and its global partners whilst maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your ability to influence, negotiate, and deliver results will be critical to success. Key Impact Facts Strategic Portfolio Ownership Manage a portfolio of some of our clients most prestigious accounts across the corporate and multinational space, with full accountability for service delivery, renewals, and growth initiatives. Client-Centric Advisory Deliver bespoke insurance solutions and proactive risk advice, leveraging deep technical expertise and strong market relationships. Revenue & Relationship Growth Drive account profitability through retention strategies, new business development, and long-term pipeline building. Leadership & Mentorship Act as a role model within the team, mentoring Account Executives and contributing to a high-performance culture. End-to-End Program Management Build and develop holistic risk programs from client consultation & strategy meetings from a range of leading underwriting partners ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
