We are looking for Project Form Workers to join our team on a 12‑month contract. This is full‑time shift work at 60 hours per week starting immediately. Successful candidates will be working on the No6 Reline in Port Kembla , managing formwork tasks to support the project's progress, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Key Responsibilities Prepare, erect, align, and fix formwork for concrete structures according to specifications Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications Work with reinforcing steel (rebar) as required Maintain strong safety standards, maintaining clean and safe work areas Collaborate with carpenters, concreters, site supervisors and other tradespeople to ensure smooth workflow Report any issues or defects, suggest improvements to increase productivity and quality Requirements Prior experience as a Form Worker / Form Setter on commercial or civil construction projects Able to work long hours (60 hrs/week), potentially including early starts or shift work Physically fit Knowledge of safety procedures, PPE, and site inductions Good communication and ability to work in a team Reliable, punctual, and committed for the full 12‑month duration What We Offer Competitive rate: $60/hour - Over $3k Per Week Gross Pay Full project and site inductions provided by Tecside for successful candidates Long‑term work (12 months) offering stability Opportunity to work on high‑profile project(s) with experienced teams Access to tools, equipment, and support to ensure you can perform your job safely and effectively If you fit the above criteria, we want to hear from you APPLY NOW
