About the role: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. This role involves working on weekdays and weekends as required by business needs. Role and Responsibilities: Managing the development and implementation of strategies that protect and strengthen the organisation’s reputation within the disability support sector, fostering trust among participants, families, stakeholders, and the wider community. Leading the design and execution of marketing initiatives to increase awareness of the organisation’s NDIS services and expand its reach to participants in need of support. Guiding the creation of campaigns and programs that promote greater engagement with the organisation’s services by reinforcing its brand identity, values, and participant-focused approach. Overseeing the planning and achievement of enrolment and service delivery targets to maximise participant satisfaction, ensure sustainable growth, and build long-term loyalty. Developing, managing, and coordinating all sales and marketing operations to support the organisation’s mission of delivering inclusive, high-quality, and person-centred NDIS services.
