Multi-Site Store Manager – Homecraft Textiles (Full-Time) Homecraft Textiles is Perth's leading destination for fabrics, curtaining, and haberdashery. With two large "super-stores" and a growing online presence, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Site Store Manager to oversee operations across both our Victoria Park and Osborne Park stores . Drive sales performance and lead by example on the shop floor. Deliver outstanding customer service standards , ensuring every customer leaves delighted. Train, coach, and mentor staff – sharing your experience to build a high-performing sales team. Oversee rosters, staff development, and performance across both stores. Ensure store presentation, stock levels, and merchandising standards are consistently maintained. Analyse sales results and implement strategies to grow revenue and improve customer experience. Collaborate with senior management on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and business improvements. Maintain operational compliance, including cash handling, stock control, and WHS. About You Proven track record as a Store Manager or Multi-Site Manager with a sales focus . Minimum 3-5 years of store management experience required. Strong background in customer service excellence and team leadership. Ability to train, coach, and inspire staff to sell confidently and provide outstanding service. Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of balancing responsibilities across two stores. Commercially focused, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Flexibility to work across both locations, including weekends when required. Australian work rights are required for this position.
