Our client, one of Australia’s most recognised and respected organisations, is seeking a motivated EUC Support Engineer to join their collaborative and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT professional with around 4–5 years of experience to gain exposure to a wide variety of modern technologies while working in a dynamic and positive environment. This is an onsite support role (5 days per week), ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction and enjoys being the go-to problem solver for end users. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 4 years in an EUC Support Engineer role Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including some device enrolment and application deployment Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under pressure Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (highly regarded) Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services Good knowlege of Networking including TCP/IP concepts like DNS, DHCP etc Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Experience with Teams Rooms, Zscaler, CrowdStrike Nice-to-Have Skills (Advantageous): , Kronos clocks If you’re an enthusiastic team player with a passion for delivering outstanding end-user support, we’d love to hear from you.
