Description About our Customer Service Officers As a Customer Service Officer (CSO), you'll be a valued member of our frontline service team - helping customers in branch and over the phone through our contact centre. Every day, you'll play an important part in creating positive customer experiences and building trusted relationships in the community. Working as a Relief CSO, no two days will be the same! You'll enjoy the variety of working with different teams and customers across our branch network. Each day will bring something new, but your focus will always be on delivering outstanding service. Your Day-to-Day as a Customer Service Officer As a Relief CSO you will: Help customers with everyday banking transactions and account enquiries with precision and care. Process new memberships, term deposits and insurance requests. Provide accurate, efficient service with a smile (because details do matter!). Take pride in attention to detail, so customers feel confident and cared for. Build positive connections with staff and customers at each branch. Adapt quickly to new environments and enjoy the variety this role brings. The ability to freely travel throughout our network of branches (Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Emerald, Gladstone and Miriam Vale) is a requirement of this role. Why Join Us?
