What You’ll Do: Design and build – create and deliver features end-to-end in .NET, writing clean, maintainable code. Lead technically – set the standard in design and delivery, and guide a small team. Mentor and grow others – support engineers to level up through pairing and sharing knowledge. Collaborate – work closely with Product and Customer teams to deliver practical solutions. Ship and improve – break down problems, get features out the door, and refine as we go. What We’re Looking For: Must-haves: 7 years in software engineering with strong .NET and SQL experience. Track record of delivering features in a SaaS environment. Hands-on coding skills with both legacy and modern stacks. Ability to design solutions and then roll up your sleeves to build them. Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication. Someone who leads through doing, with a bias for action. Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Experience with reporting tools. Interest or experience applying AI/ML in products Exposure to ERP or integration projects. Background in facilities, asset management, or related sectors.
