Position: 2 x Experienced Carpenters – Commercial Fit-Out (Hospitality Venue) Project: $6 Million Bar / Hospitality Venue Fit-Out Location: Malvern, Melbourne Metro Area Start Date: Immediate / as required Pay: $62.50 Per Hour NT Super, OT, Travel & Allowances Role Summary: TRS is looking for two (2) trade-qualified Carpenters with strong commercial fit-out experience to join a high-profile bar/hospitality venue project in Malvern . This is a major fit-out (approx. $6 million), and your work will be central to delivering a finished venue that combines excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a high-end hospitality finish. Key Responsibilities Interpret and work from detailed architectural & joinery drawings/plans. Install custom joinery (bars, cabinetry, joinery elements typical of hospitality venues). Structural & non-structural fit-out (frames, partitions, finishes). Safely perform demolition of existing structures where required. Work with other trades (mech, electrical, plaster, flooring, etc.) to ensure finish quality. Work to tight timelines, maintain high finish standards. Operate independently when required; work as part of a team under site supervision. These joinery positions must have previous commercial fit-out and/or retail fit-out experience.
