About the Role As a Client Care Coordinator , you'll play a vital role in delivering professional and compassionate pet aftercare services. You'll be the first point of contact for grieving families, guiding them through the process with empathy and care. Key Responsibilities Provide empathetic support to clients across phone, email, chat, and social media. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Assist clients during viewings, collections, and pet drop-offs. Prepare viewing rooms and groom pets for presentation. Manage client payments including ZipPay and VetPay. Accurately enter client and veterinary data. Schedule collections and coordinate travel logistics. Uphold hygiene, presentation, and safety standards. About You Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable handling deceased pets in a respectful manner.
