Global Market Leader in Forklifts & Material Handling Equipment Friendly Team Enviroment Based in Larapinta, QLD About the Role Reporting to the Branch Rental & Used Equipment Manager, the General Hand is responsible for providing support to the branch operations, overseeing all outbound and inbound deliveries of forklifts, attachments and ancillary equipment in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Co-ordinate daily transport requirements to TMHA customer sites Ensure inbound and outbound goods are despatched with the correct paperwork in line with TMHA’s administration policies. Oversee the inbound delivery of batteries and attachments whilst maintaining accurate documentation. Maintain housekeeping standards within the workshop storage areas – TMHA 5S policy. Assist with the forklift and attachment stock takes. Carry out general hand duties in accordance with TMHA’s quality and safety standards whilst maintaining customer service standards.
