Want to help us better the communities we live and work in? Our purpose of creating, connecting, and caring for communities is more than a saying to us – it’s a way of thinking, working, and living because we're locals too, and seek to give back in ways that strengthen and build resilient communities. We do this because we genuinely care, enjoy what we do, and even manage to have some fun along the way! You’ll find us partnering with local and national community groups, like Clontarf Foundation, Black Dog Institute, and Soldier On, in addition to indigenous groups and social enterprises, to ensure that our good work positively impacts and brings about sustainable change within our industry. Do we offer a ‘ competitive’ salary package? Of course! Speak to our Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team to learn more. What’s on offer? We’re looking for a Group IT Application Analyst – Salesforce to help drive innovation and efficiency across the business. Based in Richmond, and reporting to our Digital Enterprise Architect, you’ll play a vital role in optimising the Salesforce platform, ensuring our people have the best tools to deliver exceptional outcomes. In this role, you’ll: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions while configuring objects, fields, and layouts to support streamlined operations. Ensure that our data is accurate and accessible, overseeing imports/exports, deduplication, reports, dashboards, and system performance. Provide level 2 support to end-users and create engaging training materials to improve user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement automation, custom apps, and digital solutions, turning business requirements into scalable, low-code processes. Maintain system documentation, support change management, and promote compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards. Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices, proactively recommending enhancements that add value across Fulton Hogan. You must have the flexibility for occasional travel within Australia and to New Zealand. How you’ll connect to the role? To succeed in this role, you'll have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with exposure across a range of Salesforce platforms, not just Sales Cloud. You'll hold Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or equivalent) and bring confidence working with declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards. Familiarity with low-code and no-code platforms means you can convert business requirements into technical solutions with ease. Your communication skills, agility and ability to engage with stakeholders means you understand needs and deliver outcomes that make a real difference. We're looking for someone who’s driven by quality and innovation, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. A commitment to continuous learning, especially in emerging low-code technologies, is key. Ideally, you’ll also bring Salesforce Platform App Builder certification, experience with tools like Microsoft Power Platform, Nintex or Formstack, and a solid grasp of Apex, SOQL, integration concepts, change management, and training. In return, you will be part of a team where our 'Good Work' culture will encourage you to take ownership and have empowerment. Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL. Respect, Energy and Effort, Attitude and Leadership encapsulate what we stand for at Fulton Hogan and encourage us to foster a diverse and inclusive culture where we listen to, care for, celebrate, and respect everyone. If our values resonate with you, please submit an application for the position. If you’re not sure that you meet 100% of the selection criteria, that’s okay, we would still like to hear from you and potentially discuss how your skills could be utilised at Fulton Hogan. For 90 years, Fulton Hogan has been delivering high-quality infrastructure to improve the lives of people every day. Our 10,000 team works in every kind of weather and environment, creating, connecting, and caring for communities across Australia and New Zealand. We celebrate and embrace diversity across our business and are committed to equal employment opportunities. We believe in the value that diversity brings to our team and people who share our REAL values are encouraged to apply.
