Support engagement initiatives to inform Council decisions. About the role Support the City's communications team by crafting content for social media, newsletters and other corporate channels. Assist with Councillor and executive communications, support on issue management, evaluate the effectiveness of communication activities and monitor community feedback. Ensure brand and messaging consistency - and drive community engagement through effective campaigns, promotional materials, and content creation. About you You're a skilled communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a talent for crafting content that connects across diverse audiences. Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital media tools - with sound political awareness - you produce polished, on brand assets with ease. Organised and adaptable, you perform confidently under pressure and work both independently and collaboratively. With qualifications in communications or equivalent experience, you've successfully managed a range of channels and campaigns to reach internal and external audiences. Your expertise spans digital platforms, administration, and contractor coordination, ensuring seamless communications support. What's on offer?
