We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Trades Assistant to join our expanding Mt Isa team! This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week. As a Facilities Trades Assistant, you will: Inspections & Audits – Conduct regular inspections and audits within the business centre to maintain safety and compliance. General Duties – Contribute to yard upkeep, cleaning, wash bay duties, and basic handyman tasks around the business centre. Contractor Engagement – Work alongside site contractors, ensuring safety is not compromised at any stage. Quality Assurance – Take all reasonable steps to ensure assigned tasks are free of faulty workmanship, delivering a quality finished product. Repair Standards – Ensure repairs are carried out using appropriate control guidelines to prevent rework. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Relevant Experience – Previous experience in a similar role. Communication Skills – Strong communication and a high level of customer focus.
