Make an Impact We’re seeking a detail-oriented Client Credit Officer to join our Finance Shared Services – Credit Management team. Reporting to the Credit Team Lead, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accounts receivable and credit management processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and on time. Key duties of this role are: Managing and reconciling client and trade accounts within agreed timeframes. Investigating, resolving, and recovering outstanding debts in a professional manner. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including Public Trustees, Plan Managers and Support Coordinators) to maintain strong working relationships. Identifying and escalating potential financial risks including fraud or financial abuse. Supporting continuous improvement in collection practices aligned with NDIA requirements. What you can bring to the team You’re an experienced credit professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. To succeed in this role, you will have: 3 years’ experience in credit, accounts receivable, or collections (desirable). Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage sensitive customer issues. Sound problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving disputes. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting/finance systems (desirable). Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (advantageous). You will be required to undertake a "Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
