You’ll be involved in everything from preparing key documents and managing client information to supporting partners and accountants with workflow coordination. It’s a role where no two days look the same, and you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values your contribution. About You We’re looking for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and has a minimum 12 months experience in an accounting firm environment. You’ll have a sharp eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and be comfortable using systems such as Xero, MYOB, or FYI Docs. Most importantly, you’re proactive, personable, and keen to grow within the industry. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality admin support across accounting divisions Prepare invoices, correspondence, and client documentation Manage client queries via phone, email, and in person Coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements Maintain accurate client records and compliance requirements (ATO/ASIC) Assist with workflow tracking to meet deadlines Contribute to firm projects, improvements, and ad hoc tasks Why You’ll Love It Here Work closely with partners and senior staff who invest in your development Flexible hours – start earlier, finish earlier!
