Working as part of a friendly and close-knit team, your focus will be: Providing support and care according to the Care Plan and residents preferences and strengths Applying person-centred care approaches to all interactions with residents Considering the residents individual needs, stage of life, development and strengths when engaging in support activities Casual availability across a number of days and shifts Part time vacancy as below Week one Monday 7am to 3.15pm Tuesday 7am to 3.15pm Saturday 4pm to 9pm Sunday 7am to 3.15pm Week two Thursday 7am to 1pm Friday 7am to 1pm Saturday 4pm to 9pm About you You are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career in aged care. To be considered for these roles, you will need: Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation), or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support Previous experience working in an aged care facility Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team NDIS Worker Screening Check Why VMCH?
