Based in our Brisbane head office call centre, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing patient enquiries, and assisting with appointment bookings. The Opportunity: City Fertility is seeking an adaptable and effective communicator to join our Fertility Advice team to work as a Team Leader within our Fertility Advice department, reporting to the Fertility Advice Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations of Fertility Advice team which includes responding to enquiries from patients and assisting them in taking the next step in their fertility journey. Based at our head office in Newstead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients experience from their first interaction with our business is supportive, informative and transparent. Lead, develop and inspire your team to deliver strong results in line with business objectives. Build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Provide expert advice and clear, well-reasoned recommendations to senior leaders and reports as needed. Contribute to operational and risk planning to ensure our strategic goals are achieved. Identify opportunities and implement service improvement initiatives. Skills And Experiences Qualifications & skills we value: We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role: Previous exposure to supervising, mentoring, or training team members. Strong written communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional yet approachable tone across multiple platforms. Tech-savvy, with the ability to work confidently across multiple online platforms and CRM systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Organised, adaptable, and able to work independently while supporting the wider team. Enthusiastic about stepping into a leadership role and growing with the business. A minimum of 2 years in the health industry or a call centre environment. Intermediate to Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; working knowledge of a CRM is advantageous, but not essential. Basic to Intermediate understanding of Women’s Health or Fertility; experience in the field of ART (IVF) is advantageous. Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, excellent phone manner. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making. Demonstrated excellent time management.
