Monthly RDO’s available The Opportunity This role will provide overall project support for the Aged and Disability Department. The Project Officer is accountable for the timely completion of work and is responsible for providing efficient, effective and courteous service, ensuring high level of support to the departments involved in the development and delivery of the project. Responsibilities Provide high level system administration and maintenance for Carelink, the Department’s Client Management System (CMS) Provide high level system knowledge, including liaising with application vendors Work with the Aged and Disability Services leadership and staff teams to develop and implement business systems and processes to support the operations of Carelink Plus CMS including the development of written processes and procedures Work with Manager and Coordinator Systems and Quality to prepare for the department’s quality and assurance audits against the Aged Care Quality Standards and the Rainbow Tick. Work with Coordinator Systems and Quality to undertake the department’s Policy Framework project. Undertake any other projects as directed by the Coordinator Systems and Quality. Skills & Experience Demonstrated knowledge and experience in aged and disability services client management systems. Proven experience in the Aged Care sector, including demonstrated system skills, including ability to test upgrades, follow structured technical instructions and identify system issues Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to liaise and gain cooperation and assistance with individuals at all levels in a professional, confident, engaging, responsive and timely manner.
