As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our team at our Mascot head office and help streamline operations across our airport locations. About the Role This is a key leadership and administrative role. As Office Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting teams across all locations. You will manage administrative systems, lead office staff, and ensure efficient communication between departments to help deliver outstanding service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Organise and coordinate office operations and procedures to support day-to-day business activities. Supervise and support administrative and office staff, including training and task delegation. Liaise with airport branch staff to ensure consistent service quality across locations. Manage schedules, appointments, and internal communications for the leadership team. Handle office correspondence, documentation, data management, and filing systems. Support HR functions, including onboarding, staff records, and compliance tracking. Monitor office supplies, equipment, and procurement processes. Assist with financial administration, such as petty cash handling, invoicing, and reporting. Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and compliance documentation. Ensure adherence to work health and safety (WHS) practices within the office environment. Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes. Qualifications Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline (desirable). At least 2-3 years' proven experience in an office management or senior administrative role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Sound written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems.
