About the role ETA is recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 WA gold producer for a Production Coordinator to own day-to-day production execution. You’ll coordinate shifts, people and plant, keep the short-term schedule on track, and drive safe, efficient output alongside a supportive site leadership team. Key responsibilities Daily/weekly production coordination: pre-starts, permits, labour/plant allocation KPI tracking and reporting: throughput, downtime, OEE, variance and recovery plans Liaison with maintenance, planning and HSE; frontline supervision/leadership Continuous improvement: hazard ID, actions close-out, housekeeping and compliance About you Background in production coordination/leadership (mining/processing or heavy industry) Comfortable with production systems and reporting (SAP/Pronto/Excel/BI) Clear communicator; positive, high-pace approach and solutions mindset Full Australian work rights; able to pass medical & lab D&A; current C-Class licence What’s on offer 6-month contract with view to permanent. 8/6 Roster.
