We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about customer service, and can drive strong commercial results while creating a positive and supportive team culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets. Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive in-store experience. Manage team performance through coaching, development, and regular feedback. Oversee day-to-day store operations including rostering, payroll, and reporting. Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and promotional standards. Manage inventory, stock control, and implement effective loss prevention strategies. Monitor profit and loss results and ensure costs are controlled. Uphold workplace health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs. Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Proficiency with basic computer systems (Word, Excel). Flexibility to travel if required. A Certificate or Diploma in business management is desirable.
