Technical Sales Specialist – Underground Mining Simulation Location: Perth CBD, WA Engagement: Permanent, full-time About the Role: Our client is bringing a next-generation underground mining simulation product to market and needs a proven technical salesperson to lead growth. You will combine underground mining credibility with disciplined B2B sales execution to open doors, shape solutions, and convert opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing: • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across mining operators, contractors, and consultancies • Qualify, scope and position simulation-led solutions with engineers, planners and executives • Run structured sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and close • Tailor demos and proposals with the technical team, ensuring clear value and delivery alignment • Feed market insights back to the product to sharpen positioning and roadmap • Travel occasionally, as needed Key Outcomes & Measures: • New deals opened per quarter • Live pipeline value • Closed-won revenue vs target • Win rate across opportunities • Gross profit margin on sales About You: You blend underground mining know-how with commercial drive. You are disciplined with your sales method, credible in front of site and study teams, and comfortable shaping a new category product.
