They are looking to employ 2 x Electrical Service Technicians. These positions offer excellent professional development for well-rounded tradespersons. Description of the job: This multi-faceted role will require an Electrical qualification (TAFE – electrician, electronics, electro-mechanical, or degree). Reading, interpreting, and working from technical schematics, drawings, and manuals. Fault finding, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical issues on a wide range of production machinery. PLC fault-finding (Siemens, Allen Bradley etc). Troubleshooting, configuration, and repair of AC & DC drives. Local Sydney jobs, providing machine installation, servicing, part replacement, fault finding, and troubleshooting of light and heavy industrial machinery and processing equipment. Completing projects within established timelines. An example of the work could be maintenance of bottling, canning, packaging, and material-handling equipment one day, then electrical installation work on depalletisers, fillers, conveyors, separators, washers, wrappers, and more the next. Using digital and analogue test equipment for diagnostics. Customer and client engagement. Developing a productive and professional working relationship for ongoing maintenance programs. Participation & Implement preventative maintenance procedures. Ensuring all work is carried out safely, adhering to site policies, procedures, and relevant legislation Qualifications & What's on offer: Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent. Strong knowledge of PLC-controlled machinery, VSD configuration, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial safety systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and fault-finding skills. Strong communication and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. $1,000 a month vehicle allowance. $45 to $55 per hour, depending on experience, for days. $55 to $63 per hour arvo's, $65 to $70 for nights on exp.
