This is a high-profile role managing a significant, chilled and frozen food portfolio with strong growth potential across the Australian supermarket sector. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of a large grocery retail account, building and maintaining senior-level relationships. Develop joint business plans (JBP) to drive category growth and improve market share. Analyse market and category data to identify trends, improve planograms, and refine promotional strategies. Forecast, budget and manage full P&L, ensuring profitability and effective trade spend. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in procurement, product development, and logistics to meet customer needs. Identify new product opportunities and develop strategic initiatives for ongoing growth. About You Minimum 3–5 years’ experience managing major grocery or FMCG retail accounts. Strong commercial and strategic skills, with a proven record of growing high-value customer relationships. Data-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
