WHAT YOU WILL BRING To be successful in this role, you will have a willingness to support the values and aims of the School , and possess teaching qualifications or eligibility for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers, with a demonstrated capacity, skills and/or experience teaching within a junior school environment. the ability to prepare and deliver dynamic teaching and learning programs to our young learners. experience monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on student progress across the curriculum, using data analysis to inform classroom teaching and learning programs and strategies to support student learning. develop each child’s confidence and self-esteem whilst acting as a role model in presentation, action, and communication. ability to always provide a safe and supportive learning environment. strong interpersonal skills, with highly developed organisational, communication and administrative skills. ability to participate in grounds’ supervision on a regular rostered basis.
