Lead the recruitment, hiring, and retention efforts to build diverse and high-performing engineering teams. Tech Define and execute Lendi's engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Collaborate with GM of Tech to establish and enforce engineering best practices, standards, and processes to ensure quality, scalability, and reliability across all products and services. Collaborate with Architects to drive technical excellence and innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies and advocating for their adoption when appropriate. Oversee the architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Delivery Partner closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliverers actual business and customer value. Champion Agile and DevOps practices, fostering a culture of continuous integration, delivery, and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical debt, scalability bottlenecks, and performance issues. Take the lead in establishing cross-team working groups aimed at promoting collaboration among teams across different supergroups and relevant divisions for both technical and product initiatives.
