Troocoo are partnering with a well know State Government department in the recruitment of a motivated AO3 Recruitment Support Officer to join a busy People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your recruitment administration skills, work closely with a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, and contribute to process improvement initiatives in a supportive environment. About the Role As Recruitment Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting current and upcoming recruitment processes. You’ll coordinate a variety of activities, from preparing documentation and scheduling interviews to liaising with candidates and suppliers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Prepare recruitment documents such as role descriptions and job advertisements. Schedule and coordinate interviews (virtual and in-person). Prepare interview packs and support interview setup. Provide professional communication and guidance to stakeholders and candidates. Act as a key liaison between agency suppliers and hiring managers. Conduct reference checks (as required). Maintain accurate recruitment records. Assist with project work and broader People & Culture activities. What We’re Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Previous recruitment experience within either a government department or law firm is required Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Proactive, adaptable approach in a changing environment. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Customer service mindset, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders. Capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes at once.
