About the Role Lead and support a variety of real estate finance transactions, from investment/cash‑flow generating deals to development financings and back‑leverage/loan‑on‑loan structures. Act for both borrowers/sponsors and lenders, negotiating LMA-based documentation and coordinating multi-jurisdictional aspects. Handle elements of acquisition finance and general corporate lending, with exposure to restructuring/insolvency in the real estate sector. Work closely with partners and knowledge teams to deliver high-quality work and leverage technology to improve client service. Assist with business development and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Skills & Experience Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate finance, ideally with exposure to acquisition finance and general corporate lending. Experience acting for both borrowers/sponsors. Strong technical drafting skills, commercial acumen and the ability to think practically to meet challenging transaction timetables. Common-sense “can-do” attitude, able to work independently while being a team player. Willingness to relocate to the UK; UK admission or willingness to seek admission (support provided).
