Qualified Baker – FIFO We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Baker to join our team across various sites. If you have a passion for baking, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Candidate MUST be based in BNE to be able to be considered. Role Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and baked goods from scratch Ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and service times Adhere to HACCP and site-specific food safety standards Maintain a clean and organised bakery workspace Collaborate with kitchen teams and follow production schedules Requirements: Certificate III in Baking (or equivalent qualification) – mandatory Previous experience in a commercial or remote site bakery environment Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, mixing, proofing, and baking processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work early mornings or split shifts Ability to pass site medicals Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards With CBM & S11 (Advantageous) Available to start as soon as possible Ready to cook up your next big opportunity?
