Chandler Holdings Digital Content & Social Media Executive Australia Digital Content & Social Media Executive Location: Remote | Colombo Chandler Holdings is seeking a creative and motivated Digital Content & Social Media Executive to support our marketing and digital design efforts across multiple brands under Chandler Holdings. What you’ll do: Create engaging social media content (graphics, reels, stories, captions) aligned with each brand’s tone and objectives Plan and schedule posts across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to enhance digital brand presence Conduct research on social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to inform content direction (Nice-to-have) Contribute to basic UX/UI tasks such as wireframing or prototyping if skilled in tools like Figma What we’re looking for: 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing A creative thinker with an eye for design and detail Strong design sensibility and storytelling ability across visual and written content Familiarity with platform-specific trends and algorithms (especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok) Experience working with overseas brands or clients is highly regarded Bonus: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.) or other tools used for video editing/animation, or experience assisting with UX/UI tasks This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive team working across diverse industries.
