Description Wood is currently seeking expressions of interest for an E&I Technician for a backfill role in maintenance at the Longford Gas Plant in Victoria. The Role The successful candidates will be a qualified and experienced E&I Technician, preferably with oil and gas experience and have the tools required to complete their allocated tasks. Responsibilities The maintenance team are looking to hear from experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians who preferably: Have oil & gas or heavy industry experience Ideally located in the Gippsland area, or willing to relocate. An Australian citizen or have a current, appropriate visa Qualifications What makes you remarkable? The below qualifications are required and must be in date: Victorian A class Electrical licence Instrumentation certification III? Hazardous Area Wiring ticket (within 3 years) Current First Aid Preferred but not essential Current Working at Heights and Confined spaced tickets are preferred but not essential All employees are required to work safely while conducting their required tasks, and are also authorised and expected to stop the job if the situation arises If you’re an experienced E&I Technician, then we are keen to hear from you today.
